What is the difference between a "locked in" and "open" monthly membership?

,Our "locked in" membership is just that, you are committing to staying the full 12 months of your contract. If you choose to cancel early for any reason, there is an early cancellation charge of $10/month for each month remaining on the contract. For this option you may cancel the day you pay your fee, no 30 day notice is needed.

The "open" membership option is a 12 month commitment with some flexibility. You pay a one time deposit at sign up that is equal to the monthly charge for your bed of choice. You may cancel this membership after your account has been drafted 3 times. We require a 30 Day notice of cancellation to be given IN PERSON. There is no early cancellation fee, however, you do forfeit your deposit.

How do I cancel my membership?

Locked in membership - In-Person cancellation required. Per your contract, you must pay an early cancellation fee of $10/month for each month remaining on the contract.

Open Membership - In-person cancellation required. Submit a 30 day notice to cancel in writing.

This can only be done once you have fulfilled at least 3 EFT drafts from your contract.

How can I freeze my membership?

We offer an option to freeze up to, but no more than, THREE months of your monthly membership. You must pay $5/month for each month you wish to freeze. When your freeze is over, your monthly dues will resume as usual. This is not a cancellation.
